Fellowship Ambassadors

Fellowship Ambassadors help the Center for Leadership (CFL) reach more students, promote leadership dialogue across the university, and act as an ambassador for CFL to both undergraduate and graduate students by developing new initiatives and engaging in meaningful leadership activities.
Typical Projects
Coaching and Development
Fellowship Ambassadors will have the opportunity to coach undergraduate students enrolled in LDRSHP 204, LDRSHP 304, and LDRSHP 396 courses. You will guide students through their leadership development, providing feedback and support on assignments and applying leadership concepts.
Marketing Endeavors
Fellowship Ambassadors collaborate with the Center to recruit and market for the Fellowship in Leadership Program to graduate students across the univeristy.
Benefits and Expectations
During the academic year-long appointment, participants:
- Will receive a quarterly stipend.
- Are expected to be available approximately three to five hours each week for program activities including planning and attending recruitment events, independent work, and team meetings.
- Will meet as a group for one hour biweekly meetings with the Faculty Advisor, Program Coordinator, and Undergraduate Leadership Ambassadors.
- Will participate in a mandatory five hour coaching training at the start of Fall quarter.
